Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: " We Love Wood " wants you to be satisfied with any purchase you make from our catalog. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us immediately and return it within 10 days. We will promptly replace, exchange or upgrade the product, give you credit or refund your money, whichever you prefer. Please state the reason for the return. We appreciate your written comments so that we can serve you and all our valued customers even better in the future. Return Procedure: Call " We Love Wood " if you are returning an item for any reason including: refunds, repair, exchange, credit, etc. You will be issued a return authorization number that must appear on your return carton.
