turning 38 years ago at the age of 13, and am a
founding member of the American Association
of Wood Turners. Cheryl has worked with me in our shop for the past 18 years. We are both
Designer Craftsmen, and Juried Members of numerous Craftsmen's Guilds in several states.
We have been doing art and craft shows for the past 20 years, and have exhibited in 11 states. Our turnings have been featured in numerous Museums, Universities, and libraries
over the years.

When our sons were very young,
their father introduced them to the work shop and the lathe. Under his guidance their skill has progressed to the point where they are both accomplished woodworkers and turners. Ralph Jr. and Eric are an intricate part of our overgrown hobby, known as .... "WE LOVE WOOD". Cheryl |

At the present time, we have three wonderful grandchildren Max, Mark,
and Jacine. The
boys, ages 6 & 7, already love to help in the shop, while Jacine at 8 channels her creativity to dancing and her bear collection. |
